This client had a successful business but called me in because "everyone seemed to be in the way of everyone else". We toured the operation with the owner and then conducted an operations audit to identify exactly what was being done at each work center. Then we interviewed the managers and start to document delays and bottlenecks. We researched new software and reviewed the clerical skill set that was needed vs. what was actually in place.
