    Optimizing warehouse and distribution space requirements often require a careful audit to determine the present/future on-hand inventory of each SKU allowing for weight, volume and ease/difficulty of handling. 

    Frequency of pick and other order pulling requirements are also considered to develop a smooth process utilizing best practices.
