Task Requirements Definition:

1. You and I will discuss your current concerns/needs during our free initial phone call.
2. Per your request I will prepare a simple proposal listing your required tasks for your review and approval.
3. Upon your acceptance of my proposal we can proceed.

Project Activity:

1. I will develop a detailed Project Action Plan. 
2. Each task will be reviewed with you to ensure your initial needs and expectations are met.
3. Improvement opportunities will be identified.
   Note: This list is yours. Some of the identified improvement opportunities you will want to implement immediately, but some you will want to save for later, and assign them to your own staff for possible future action.
   

Research:

Clients frequently retain my services to evaluate a particular business opportunity, software application or new piece of equipment they are considering purchasing.
